Anna Karen Fregoso (Avispa Karen Nalgona)

Anna Karen Fregoso has turned one of her most recognizable features into a major part of her online identity. Known as @la_avispa_karen or @nalgonaof, she has attracted around 1.1 million Instagram followers and confidently promotes herself as having the “#1 biggest booty on OF.” Even that claim becomes a game with her audience, as Anna challenges followers to guess her measurements for the chance to win a prize.

Humor and interaction keep her premium profile from feeling like a simple content archive. Anna regularly adds new and exclusive material that she says cannot be found on her other platforms, while her playful dislike of wearing clothes sets the tone for her more revealing private side. She also encourages subscribers to start conversations, joking that a particularly good pickup line is the best way to get a faster response. With a seven-figure social following, a distinctive curvy image, and a teasing sense of humor, Anna Karen Fregoso has built a creator persona designed to be both recognizable and interactive.
